Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Developer at Mamabox Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, brand managers, and marketers to create seamless and engaging digital experiences. Your expertise in web development and your eye for design will be critical in transforming concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and internal team to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop mobile first, responsive and user-centric web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.
- Implement UI designs that adhere to established design systems, brand guidelines, and best practices to ensure a consistent and polished user experience.
- Optimize website performance and loading times to provide a smooth and fast browsing experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve and iterate on UI/UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web development field.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs to maintain the quality of our digital products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design decisions.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both design and code.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not Required):
- Experience with Wordpress & Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Salary: 15,000,000₫ - 23,000,000₫ per month
