Job Description


1- Administration responsibilities:

  • Reports to Director of Talent and Culture
  • To organize the filling system of the department
  • Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained
  • Organize the recording system for all in-coming and outgoing correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls
  • Handle all typing work required
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office
  • In charge of sending and receiving mails, postage, package when required
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Administration of all contract labor
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Arranging employee services such as welfare and counselling
  • Recording and analyzing confidential information

2- Talent and Culture Responsibilities

  • Organize hotel connector activities monthly/ quarterly
  • Perform other duties are assigned by T&C Manager
  • Tracking and follow up due date of probation, labor contract, visa, work permit, etc.
  • Make sure all registration for new confirmed connector

Work Experience


  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in Law/ Human Resources/ Business school
  • 1 years’ experience in hospitality industry and/ or Human Resources
  • Strong administration, organizational and filling skill
  • Excellence in presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Communication skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
