Job Description
1- Administration responsibilities:
- Reports to Director of Talent and Culture
- To organize the filling system of the department
- Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained
- Organize the recording system for all in-coming and outgoing correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls
- Handle all typing work required
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office
- In charge of sending and receiving mails, postage, package when required
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Administration of all contract labor
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Arranging employee services such as welfare and counselling
- Recording and analyzing confidential information
2- Talent and Culture Responsibilities
- Organize hotel connector activities monthly/ quarterly
- Perform other duties are assigned by T&C Manager
- Tracking and follow up due date of probation, labor contract, visa, work permit, etc.
- Make sure all registration for new confirmed connector
Work Experience
- Knowledge and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Law/ Human Resources/ Business school
- 1 years’ experience in hospitality industry and/ or Human Resources
- Strong administration, organizational and filling skill
- Excellence in presentation and interpersonal skill
- Communication skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
