An exciting Quality & Lab Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Quality & Lab Manager Role:
In this role, you will take the main responsibilities to lead the quality team for a dyehouse plant & manage the lab activity to ensure highest quality products to customers. This role reports directly to GD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse colour & chemical recipes for the Lab
- Build up lab protocols & ensure the laboratory and equipment remain in good operating
- Set up QMS following company standards, be responsible for IQC, PQC & OQC
- Handle customer complaints & provide sustainable solutions
- Support the dyehouse to achieve high RFT in Lab-to-Bulk and color pass/fail monitoring
- Collaborate with other departments
- Quality assurance and certificate application/renewal
- Maintain high standard for dyelab housekeeping
- Monitor dyelab operation following KPI performance set up
- Other tasks assigned by General Director
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
- At least eight years of experience in the dyeing industry
- Five years of experience in management level
- Having experience in setting up factory is a plus
- Good English communication
