The Objective
1. Mekong Capital
- Provide leadership and management to ensure the Talent Acquisition team reliably delivers recruiting accountabilities for both investees and Mekong.
- Coaching the team to create clear/simple JDs that are linked to the Vision/Optimal Pathway or KPIs of the Investee
- Continuously improving the recruitment process to make it much more targeted and thus effective (in terms of No of Opening Positions & No of closed positions)
2. Investee companies
- Take leadership in working with the CEO/HRDs of investee companies to build up reliable Management Teams to fulfill the business’s goals & Vision.
- Developing a pool of top candidates for C-Level positions in each of our Investee’s industry
Key Responsibilities
- Providing the leadership to the Talent Acquisition team for operating from the team vision and delivering on the Optimal Pathway and KPIs for the team
- Achievement of the annual milestones & KPIs set out at the beginning of the year for the position. Ensuring the milestones, and KPIs are reliably achieved in the TA team.
- Closing all of Mekong Capital and our portfolio companies’ recruitment positions on time & with the right talents from the company vision & culture
- Develop & execute long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential pipeline candidates for critical positions/hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs for growth
- To ensure all JD of C-suites through our recruitment process are clearly defined and regularly updated to reflect what capabilities are needed: (1) Top 3 expected deliverables / high-level results that link to KPIs, business goals, and Vision; (2)Specific relevant experience/Track record that links directly to the business industry.
- Coaching the recruitment team of investee companies to efficiently build up the capability to independently fulfill their recruitment needs up to Director/C-suite Level. Continuously improving the capacity of our investee companies to independently recruit strong & reliable managers.
- Coaching investees so they can discover for themselves how a great leadership and management team (and associated) JDs look like
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years experience at the Management Level (Talent Acquisition or Executive Search Firm)
- Having an excellent track record in building, leading, and managing high-performing Talent Acquisition or Executive Search Teams.
- Solid experience in C-suites recruitment. A strong network of candidates in Industries such as Retail, F&B, Education, Consumer Finance, Logistic; Manufacturing
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
- Result-Oriented & Curiosity Mindset
- Direct communication with team & stakeholders to cause the result.
