Job description
Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? Would you like to be a vital part of the team which has a direct impact on the success of the company, and support the growth of our Core Insurance product?
We provide a comprehensive platform for local insurers in emerging Asian countries while using Vietnam as a technical hub.
- By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead transformative projects that will revolutionize how we manage insurance processes and serve our clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, you will define the product vision, and roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of features that meet both business and customer needs.
- Provide detailed specifications with the mockup, workflow as well as detailed rules for user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with our agile team to deliver amazing work.
- Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback, and refine product features.
- Report directly to the Product Manager.
Your skills and experience
- 3y+ experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner role
- Analytical mindset and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in working closely with both clients and agile development team
- Ability to create wireframes/mock-ups and model diagrams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- “Can-Do” spirit & Work under pressure
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with Agile tools (Jira)
- Good English skills in communication and documentation
- Strong capacity to learn new business and systems with attention to details
- Having experience in B2B systems
- Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
