(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling the communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or through a central reservation system, reservation hotline.
- This role needs to create and maintain reservation records, preparing letters of confirmation and promptly processing any cancellations and modifications, handling guest message via online channels platforms and social media.
- This position’s responsibility additionally includes preparing the list of expected arrivals for the Rooms department, assisting in preregistration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits.
- This position works from 07:30AM – 15:30PM, 15:30OM-23:30PM, 23:30PM-7:30AM
- The Reservation Agent reports directly to the Reservation Supervisor and works closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing department.

- Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (specially outlook)
- Reservation skills, solving problem skill
- 1-year experience at Front Office/ call center operator
- Able to work shifts (rotation shift)
