- Being able to write a good test case
- Being able to write a good Bug report
- Have basic knowledge on test techniques such as positive/ negative, equiv classes, boundary, etc...
- Familiar with Agile process and testing process
- Have experiences using test management tools such as Jira Test Repository, etc...
- Proactive attitude is a must- do not wait for instruction/ do not leave things till deadline
- Team work is a must: quick and willingly support other teams when needed
- English (min IELST 6.0) is a big plus
