What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of our cutting-edge financial system, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining financial operations, and enhancing efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of the financial system, ensuring smooth transitions and providing training and support to stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term departmental development and strategic planning, aligning financial systems with organizational goals.
- Generate insightful financial reports, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects, ideally within the supply chain or related fields.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
- Passion for driving digital transformation and organizational change.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (French is a plus).
