Job Descriptions:
- Calculate accurate SMV with considering of operation breakdown of samples
- Read customer tech packs/BOM/specifications and understand well customer requirements
- Observe sewing machine operators & time study
- Identify machine operator inefficiencies & bottle neck areas & give appropriate solution for them
- Capture sewing operator time lines & compare with established SMV category lists
- Make reports & keep updating status
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of a minimum worked experience as Industrial engineer in the export apparel industry.
- High proficiency in both Knit & woven products – Specially Ski/parka Jackets/cargo pants/cargo shorts/Activewear/Hoodies & ladies casual wear.
- Should have knowledge of calculation of sample operation and also have deep experience in production operation.
- Good at Eng (Speaking & writing)
- Thorough knowledge on new innovations of apparel industry /operation breakdown / sewingsimplification/product re-engineering.
- Should be GSD license holder
- Should have followed a Degree/diploma in apparel
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint/Word… etc)
