Job Summary:
The Education and Training Specialist at AHK Vietnam is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the ongoing dual vocational training program according to German standards, as well as overseeing the quality standards and continuous improvement of the further training program. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with German companies in Vietnam, coordinating activities with colleges, companies, and students, and organizing examinations. Additionally, the coordinator will actively seek out and develop new training projects, engaging in sales conversations with German companies to persuade them to organize training programs in collaboration with AHK Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
Dual Vocational Training Program:

• Ensure the smooth implementation of the dual vocational training program in accordance with the German standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleges, companies, and students to facilitate effective coordination and communication throughout the training program.
• Monitor the progress of trainees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Organize and oversee the examination process, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the program.

Further Education Program:

• Uphold the quality standards of the further education program and work towards continuous improvement.
• Identify areas for enhancement and develop strategies to enhance the program's effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program, gathering feedback from participants and incorporating necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in order to incorporate relevant knowledge into the further education program.

Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with German companies operating in Vietnam, promoting the benefits of collaboration with AHK Vietnam for training initiatives.
• Engage in sales conversations with German companies, effectively communicating the value proposition of organizing training programs in partnership with AHK Vietnam.
• Collaborate with German companies to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact for German companies, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that arise.

Project Development:

• Proactively seek out new training project opportunities to expand the dual vocational training and further education programs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential training areas and target companies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to German companies, highlighting the benefits of participating in training projects.
• Collaborate with the head of Business Development Services to develop project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent experience. A master's degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of German vocational training systems, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience in coordinating and implementing dual vocational training programs or similar educational initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in German and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to engage in sales conversations and persuade potential partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Vietnamese business landscape and familiarity with Vietnamese educational institutions is a plus.
