We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at a renowned component distribution company. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, overseeing operations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay updated on industry developments, leverage partnerships, and explore potential collaborations

Operations and Logistics Management:
- Oversee and optimize the distribution process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members by provide coaching and guidance to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any performance or behavior issues.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the branch's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor sales revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement pricing strategies based on market conditions, profitability, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- The ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions to drive branch growth and profitability to align branch objectives with company goals.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) and Vietnamese language is a must.
Local or foreigner candidates with the relevant experience looking to relocate to Vietnam and with eligible work pass requirements will be considered.

Salary: 40,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month
