Branch Manager


 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at a renowned component distribution company. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, overseeing operations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to Headquarters’
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay updated on industry developments, leverage partnerships, and explore potential collaborations

Operations and Logistics Management:

  • Oversee and optimize the distribution process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
  • Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members by provide coaching and guidance to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any performance or behavior issues.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the branch's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor sales revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement pricing strategies based on market conditions, profitability, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • The ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions to drive branch growth and profitability to align branch objectives with company goals.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) and Vietnamese language is a must.

Local or foreigner candidates with the relevant experience looking to relocate to Vietnam and with eligible work pass requirements will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 40,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month
