ACCOUNTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION
(ATTRACTIVE SALARY FROM 20,000,000VND TO 30,000,000VND PER MONTH)
About the role
*Because of the time differences between the two countries, you are expected to work at night.
- Review output invoices from other team and record into accounting system.
- Coordinate with an accounting firm and control the day-to-day accounting activities.
- Manage receivable accounts, payable account.
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declaration; cash flow report; other internal reports.
- Prepare financial statements and various analyses as required for the Director.
- Issue red Invoice, collate all invoices to ensure they correspond with all purchase orders.
- Read through and give useful advice on payment terms in Sales contract, Vender Contract, etc.
- Review the difference of the Company data with the data of the tax department, find the difference and adjust it in accordance with the current legal regulations.
- Communicate directly with tax authorities when there is an inspection or when it’s required.
- Support The Director to build up internal accounting system step by step.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Generate monthly revenue and expenditure reports.
- Perform closing procedures, reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare financial statements, statistical reports and other reports according to State regulations.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with accounting team and other teams to meet team and company objectives.
- Work with Auditing company, Tax authority and other when required.

People Relations and Leadership
- Closely working with all departments, guide them to do in line with company financial procedure for cost control and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or Auditing required.
- 3-7 years experience as an General Accountant.
- Good at in MS. Excel.
- English is an requirement (C1 - C2 Level)
- Having knowledge about IFRS is an advantage.
- Experience with and enthusiasm for building out processes and policies related to accounting controls for a growing organization is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Being familiar with accounting software is a plus
- Able to work from 10PM
*Your salary could be negotiable depends on your experience and background
