Job Responsibility for Senior ERP Consultant – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Conduct thorough research to comprehend the features and functionalities of products, enabling effective customer introduction and consultation.
- Develop plans and create reports and documents that outline solutions, implementation costs, service quality, and other evaluation criteria.
- Engage and collaborate with customers to gather information about their needs and requirements. Offer suitable solutions and provide advice on the company’s products and services.
- Provide guidance and respond to customers’ inquiries regarding the company’s offerings.
- Take an active role in the negotiation process, persuading customers to consider solution, and offer technical support to the sales team.
- Assist the implementation team throughout the ERP project implementation, including providing solutions, suggesting improvements, and monitoring the implementation process.
- Ensure that the implemented solutions meet both customer requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, conduct customer needs surveys, and propose appropriate solutions.
Requirement for Senior ERP Consultant – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistic, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, International Business
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in ERP Consultant (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, B1, Microsoft Dynamic) or a similar field preferred.
- Involvement in at least 3 full-cycle ERP projects.
- Proficient in integrating with other ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in ERP Finance, ERP Supply Chain Management, and integration with other systems/platforms.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job.
- Demonstrates a career-oriented and long-term commitment to the ERP industry.
- Shows a career-oriented and long-term commitment specifically to Oracle NetSuite.
- Proficient in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 650 or TOEIC score of 700.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under high-pressure situations.

- Salary: $2000 – $3000 + commission depending on candidate’s ability
