Job Brief:
As the Retail Operations Executive, this role regionally supervises the sales and operation

functions of the business. Reporting to the Management levels, you will be responsible fordeveloping and analyzing market reports, sales reports, SM and BA monthly timesheet, sales
incentive and bonus calculation. The role will supervise the daily store operations and support
SMs, BAs across numerous stores and counters within Hanoi.
Responsibilities: Operations and Administration
1. Operations:
- Achieve regional Sales targets and related KPIs, with knowledge of sales trending,
- Provide direction to the SMs and BAs to ensure brand objectives are communicated and
- Develop and implements store policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Take co-lead on projects with Store Managers to ensure smooth and effective store
- Build and maintain good working relationship with Landlords and Customers.
- Work closely with marketing team and execute activities (CRM, launches, events,
- Ensure correct standard of merchandising at respective counters according to brands’
- Check on the counter POS system, visual merchandising, promotions, facilities.
- Manage price labeling and price changes.
- Forecast stock needed to drive selling.
- Monitor stock levels and stock movement and to ensure availability of the stocks on each
- Check and monitor the physical quantity and quality of GWPs / sample / testers on each
- Alerts and suggests optimization of stocks to Store Managers.
- Monitor and improve Sales Ranking at Shopping Malls/ Department Stores.
- Monitor the counter maintenance and image.
- Responsible for the BA recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring) and training.
- Manage retail staff disciplinary and operations.
- Monitor BA turnover rate. Encourage and build teamwork between the BAs to ensure
- Involve in new product launches and other events.
- Guarantees the application of all stock and delivery procedures are in accordance to
- Manage and follow up the projects of new store opening/ closing/ pop-up, store fit-outs
- Other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Manage and monitor the SMs and BAs work schedule.
- Responsible for market reports, sales reports, BA turnover report.
- Responsible for SM and BA monthly timesheet, sales incentive and bonus calculation.
- Follow up with HR to ensure payroll is made correctly and on time to store teams.
- Organize bi-weekly and monthly SM/BA meetings.
- Make monthly payment requests, order store supplies & maintenance needs (carriers,
- Liaise with Service Agencies or Suppliers to resolve all technical related issues in store.
- Paper works or documents in related to / required for the stores.

- Achieve the Sales Target set by the Management.
- Experience in Retail Industry with an understanding of the POS system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- A minimum diploma in Business or related fields.
- Preferably 3-year experience in retail industry, with at least 1 year retail supervisory
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel (must).
- Multi-tasking and well-organized. Attention to details.
- Personality: Proactive, Supportive, Result-oriented, Committed, Honest.
