  • Customer Service
  • Order entry in SQL and delivery date confirmation / order.

  • Tracing of orders and information to customers in case of changes
  • Issuing D/O, invoicing & preparation of necessary shipping documents.
  • Filling of delivery order, invoice, debit / credit note.
  • Daily sales report & customer order list to General Director
  • To be the contact person with customers for any issues related to customer order discrepancies, variations or changes required.
  • To find solutions with respective Managers for any discrepancies or variations.
  • Logistics
  • To attend daily production cum logistic meeting
  • To follow-up delivery and arrival of goods at customers’ end.
  • To prepare / update, delivery schedule and inform accordingly
  • Inland transport arrangement
  • Sea shipment arrangement (FCL, LCL)
  • Follow-up / ensure, container truck in / out on time
  • Shipping documents, insurance policy and Certificate of Origin processing/checking /follow-up.
  • Courier
  • To provide support to all sales personnel and admin assistant in packing, labeling and shipping
  • Follow up / ensure courier shipments arrived on time
  • Sales Support / Administration
  • Administrative Support to Sales & Marketing and General Director if required
  • Handling complaints from customers’ (non-conformity).
  • To ensure accuracy of customer files, prepare quotation and price list administration.
  • To ensure updating of customer data in SQL system.
  • To prepare budget and monitoring debtor payment, initiate proper action in case of severe delays.
  • To ensure timely distribution of sales reports.
  • To support during Trade Show’s in terms of preparation, admin and attendance.
  • General
  • Optimise, comply with & maintain processes/procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015
  • Monitor and align the professional development and compensation of subordinates in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director
  • Conduct regular progress review meetings with subordinates
  • Motivate and coach subordinates. Encourage a learning culture in Techno
  • Ensure good internal control to safeguard the company's assets
  • Familiarise and fully understand Techno’s products and coating technologies
  • Work Ethic
  • Demonstrate support and a positive attitude towards all colleagues and departments; avoid barriers from building up
  • Contribute to the principal guidelines of the company’s mission, vision and core values in all daily activities

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • University or higher
  • Computer literate
  • English good, good speaking and writing
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field
  • Strong leadership skills; Independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; Team player and independent worker
