We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of A&P Manager
AIM OF THE JOB:
The Advertising and Promotion Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated strategies for the mall’s marketing, advertising, promotion, decoration, customer service, and publicity. He / She will be one of the key persons for reviewing strategies, plans and site implementation for common spaces’ events and even advisor for collaborating campaigns to improve mall tenant’ sales performance. He / she will be the key driver for the continuous improvement of appearances, image, overall traffic, and global sales performance of the mall.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Develop and implement integrated strategies to sustain and enhance the positioning of the mall in tangent with the directions of the Landlord. This refers but not limited to:
  • Sustain and grow the shoppers and vehicular traffic visiting the mall;
  • Drive higher sales and higher conversion rates;
  • Enhance shopper experience;
  • Create commercial and social value with stake-holders through partnership;
  • Maximize other revenue opportunities;
  • Create signature events for the mall;
  • Promote service quality and service culture in the mall.
  • Work with the Centre Manager and Leasing Team on overall mall performance and mall traffic analysis and identify trends and areas of improvement through data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligent system for updated market information and trends.
  • Develop and monitor annual plan and budget.
  • Develop operating strategies for the mall’s CRM and loyalty programme.
  • Establish and update Marcom related standard operating procedures.
  • Maximise other income potential through the rental of advertising space and atrium area, organizing activities, vending programme, etc.
  • Work with tenants on A&P programmes collaboration.
  • Manage the shoppers’ feedback system and provide relevant analysis with an attempt to improve the hardware and software of the mall in responding to shoppers’ requests.
  • Manage media relation and cultivate opportunities for media exposure.
  • Develop alliance with strategic partners for events, promotions and sponsorship.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the shopping mall / retail industry a (including 2 or more years in managing an A&P team).
  • Having a high-class standard for details and elements related to appearances on the job.
  • Excellent reports and presentation slides preparation skill in English.
  • Good relationship with local media (print, online, blogger/facebookers etc.)
  • Good command of English and excellent Vietnamese copywriting
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook; mobile applications and Internet
  • Ability to catch new trend quickly, analyse data and market insights
  • Results-driven with a hands-on and proactive attitude, independent, have the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
